a hobby shop

I am never sorry about missed opportunities and I don’t ponder on how the things could have been different. The more impressive for me are those exceptionally rare moments when the alternative Present shows itself in its full glory.

One of such moments happened in a hobby shop in some of european countries, probably in Finland. Galja wanted to check out something for her interests, and I have noticed a section „for men“ and headed there.

I definitely would have been a different person now if I could buy things in that shop in my childhood. And I don’t mean models and remote-controlled toys, no. This shop was selling an incredible choice of instruments, components, and materials. With these at hand I would have been working in robotics or something by now.

And in my real childhood I was saving pieces of wire.
